Grunewald-Grundschule

From 1st to 6th grade, 460 students study at the all-day school in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. In addition to teaching in the regular school subjects, the school uses the program “Social Learning” to teach interpersonal skills. Pupils can be trained to become conflict pilots, take part in projects on democratic action (including remembrance of the persecution of National Socialism or German unity) or help to shape the “Green Classroom” – the garden of the school. In addition, there is a school partnership with the Beaconhurst School in Scotland, which promotes exchanges between students from both schools.
